Activity Description

Board a Delux Sailing Yacht and enjoy an island getaway from Athens on a skippered sailing trip which will guarantee a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Follow one of the suggested itineraries by the skipper or adjust your journey depending on the weather, your preferences and mood. This is a 7-day getaway which can be adjusted to less or more days, according to your needs.

The Greek seas and beaches are world-famous for their crystal clean and clear waters, as well as for their unique diversity. You will have the opportunity to enjoy all possible shades of blue waters, long white sandy beaches, sheltered bays and coves, as well as dark sand typical of volcanic soil.

Meeting Point: Kalamaki marina, Athens (meeting / ending), or otherwise upon request and arrangement.

Pace: Depending on your expertise and the season, option to sail either on calm waters (mainly on the Ionian Sea) or under light and winds, known as the “Meltemi”, on the Aegean sea. Greek weather rarely has tornados or storms and other extreme weather conditions. 

Spoken Language: English. 

Included: Charter hire for 1 week, skipper, port dues, end-cleaning, taxes, yacht inventory and equipment as described. 

Excluded: Transfers, fuel, daily-cleaning, cooking, meals , refreshments, activities others than the ones specified, equipment other than those specified and gratuities (optional).

Cancellation Policy and Terms

Reservations are subject to a deposit. In the event of cancellation, for any reason, except as specified further below, after Confirmation of Booking through theTravelPorter has been received, any and all payments made up to the date of cancellation will be retained by the Vendor, and the Vendor reserves the right to refund the said deposits only if he succeeds in letting the yacht to another User or charterer for the same period and under the same conditions. In the event that the User should elect to terminate the charter and deliver the yacht prior to the date designated in this Booking, the Vendor shall not be liable to the return of any proportional part of the hire money. The Vendor will employ every reasonable effort to ensure delivery of the yacht on the date and at the place agreed, but if for any cause whatsoever the yacht shall not be available, if the delay of delivery exceeds one fourth (1/4) of the total charter time, the User has the right to cancel this Booking and be refunded by the Vendor with the total amount paid for this Booking.
