From the safety and comfort of your home, you will virtually meet an expert sommelier from Greece and will taste together a variety of ancient Greek wine varieties, not easily found in the market, from a precious package that will be sent to your door.

How does it work?
Your expert sommelier will be offering a premium wine tasting experience as a 1-1.5 hour face to face online FaceTime, Skype, Zoom session, allowing you to take advantage of this unique and intimate experience.
Your host's goal is to recreate the private tasting experience hosted in Greece every day during summer time.
As soon as you book your virtual wine tasting experience, you get everything you need sent to your door. The wine bottles come packaged in a box and are shipped to you with no extra charge.
This is a fantastic way to spend an afternoon entertaining yourself or your inner circle of wine-loving friends or co-workers; a truly alternative date-night and team-building or team-bonding experience!

What will you learn?
In the online workshop you will taste three Greek wines based on Ancient Greek grape varieties, that will be delivered to you before the session. You will learn how to taste and compare.
Together with your host, you will go through the appearance, nose and palate and a guideline of how to pair food with wine. With guidance, you will look at the main food considerations such as salty, acidic, sweet, umami and spicy.
Unlike pre-recorder online workshops, you will be free to interact with your host and ask questions; this is a live and interactive experience! You will have the opportunity to discuss about any wine region in Greece and listen to stories about Greek Gods and Greek Myths.

Note: To enjoy this online wine tasting class, you will need a desktop, laptop or smartphone device with access to a video call application such as FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. Delivery of shipment depends on the courier/postal service and cannot be controlled by the host, especially in uncertain times.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund and cancellation only acceptable prior to shipment of the wine parcel. Once wine is shipped no cancellations or refund are accepted
