Practice hatha yoga, vinyasa flow yoga, prana flow yoga, yin yoga or yoga nidra with a local expert instructor in select outdoor spots of Athens. Choose a private session in either the serene Mount Lycabettus with views of the city, the mesmerising National Gardens or the incredible beachside at the Voula suburb, only a close ride from Athens city centre. Your instructor is an experienced Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher and will be able to host you and adjust the yoga session to your requirements and needs, making the most of your select location.
