Witness the magnificent Acropolis exactly as it was during the Golden Age in this real-life unique experience. How this works?

Before your guided walking tour starts on the most popular Greek tourist attraction, you will be provided with a tablet (iPad) that uses augmented and virtual reality technologies. This way you will be able to see the Acropolis as it was during the 5th century BC by just moving the tablet around.
You will get the chance to get interior and exterior views of the Acropolis monuments, even admire lost or broken statues in their prior state as well as original colors. You will be able to walk through Propylaea and admire the unique coffered ceiling as vibrant and colored as it was during the Golden Age; see the Golden Ivory statue of Athena Parthenos at the Parthenon; meet the maidens – the famous Caryatids - that support the Erechtheion; zoom in and out to focus on details of the monuments.
This unique Acropolis tour is a fun combination of real life experience and technology which will show you a 3D history track of the Acropolis Hill through the centuries; a tour ideal for families, children and technology enthusiasts!

Meeting Point: Outside the Acropolis metro station on Makrigianni str. Hotel pick up (on foot) provided in case hotel located walking distance from the meeting point.

Group Size: Flexible upon request. 

Pace: Easy. The Greek terrain is often hilly, in the countryside and in urban areas alike. If you have mobility issues or special requirements, please let us know in advance. Your guides will provide you with additional accessibility information (where possible) and do their best to find a suitable solution.

Included: Guided tour to the Acropolis by expert guide licensed by the Greek state, 3D tour and iPads at extra charge of €20 per iPad

Excluded: Entrance to the Acropolis, anything else not mentioned as included, gratuities (optional).

Note: Bookings must be arranged and confirmed 72 hours before the tour for higher chances of availability. All bookings are subject to availability. Please note bookings for Sunday have an additional fee of 135 euros.

Young Travelers: Children 0-11: free of charge. Children 11 years and older, same price as adults. For tours with up to 2 young children per booking, children incur no charge. For 3-4 young children the cost of 1 adult ticket is charged. For 5-6 young children the cost of 2 adults is charged.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 5 days prior to scheduled Activity: Full refund (minus 20% for administrative and credit card fees). Cancellation 2-4 days prior to scheduled Activity: 50% refund minus payment processing fees as charged by our 3rd party secure payment processor. Cancellation 24 hours prior to scheduled Activity/No show: no refund.
