'Tis the season to detox, dear readers, and among our ambitious travel new year's resolutions, there's lots of focus on wellness. So starting the year, we focus on nourishing the mind and body before we start nourishing our soul with unique experiences. Of course traveling to Greece or the Mediterranean itself won't be hard for healthy eaters; lean, beautifully cooked meats and a bundle of fruit, veggies, nuts and legumes will nourish you with with little effort (we have elaborated on that in our guide to healthy eating in Athens). But as of this week, after a series of food comas during the holiday season, it's time to press 'reset'; time to detox. So, if you are looking for fun, unusual or unique things to do in Athens this season, today we won't talk about local landmarks, nor city tours in Athens, but we will give you travel tips for a different set of bars -other than our 'signature' Athens Metro Bar Map or Athens rooftop bars; today, it's all about the best juice bars in Athens!
